What this means is that you have to do what's good in order to  be succesful you have to choose the right alays 24/7 . For example in the video we were just watching it showed that the guyt hhas been playinfg football since 1970s something and he was always choosing the rihght when he played and with out choosing the right you would have end up in the corner doing pot smoking some marijuana or drinking beers everyday but since you have a goal you won't be doing that   and since you right in your journal yoiu motivate youself to not being in the corner and doing bad things

In the video we saw that the guy said no way that he will cheat and he doesn't want the next generation to cheat in a sport test and etc. In another video we saw that a guy that was a baseball player hit the ball so hard he became famous around the world he was the guy walking on earth with a lot of fame, everywhere you go they talked about him.Couple of years later when the fame already passed he said that he used steroids and it helped him win the championship for baseball. As you see young people don't use illegal drugs and don't miss treat it you will regret using it and that pain will stay in you forever.

He watched TV all day long. His mother was  a house keep she didn't rely on food stamps( government money) so she worked hard. Dr Ben was typically raised by his mother who didn't go to school but her grade level was a third grader that's how far she went and he was also raised by his brother but its n/a about him.His father and mother are divorced. Until one day Dr Ben's mother was cleaning a persons how and she saw they didn't watch TV.
