What this means you have to have a good  heart in order to do something like say for example cooking food if you do it neat and take your time it will be eaten delicious but if your just mad and throw anything in than the food honestly it won't taste that good. for example in the video with the boy who joined wrestling at 9th grade and always woke up at 7 am just to do weight in the weight room. He did all of that for his dad because his dad has cancer and he doesn't know if his dad would be there to see him win in his games. So the boy took his time and effort to lift and get strong in the 3 games he won and the last match he was so proud that he won and he hugged his dad like if there is no tomorrow and was just in his arms.He did all that just to make huis dad happy but that dad didn't care if he lost he just wanted his soon to be happy. also the boy won state thing for wrestling.

"In life as in football, you won't go far, unless you know where the goalposts are." In the video we just watched it talked about setting goals.For example there is 2 type of goals long term and short term. So in long term there is goals like i want to run 12 miles at the end of February. And than there is short terms like i want run everyday at the end of February.So you have to set your goals with more details so you can get to finishing what you want to finish. I think its smart to set goals and describe them so you can push your self.And it also helps remembering because they are long term goals.i really think this helped because when i would right in my journal i would right t hings and not actually done them because they weren't detailed. Now that i started to right detail i actually have been doing my work its like it motivates me because everything is detailed.

" Even if everyone is doing it WRONG IS NEVER RIGHT." What i think this quote means is that if you think your doing something good never means its always going to be right.For example if you are in your math class and your teacher is teaching you simple math and than gives you a test and you do very good and get an A for the class and than when its time to review the math you don't get it and the teacher starts to get suspicious. And they start questioning them selves if they where going to fast for you and they notice you are not getting it and the answers are wrong. So then they think if you got the test right but not the assignments than your cheating. In the video the guy said that mostly everyone who has a good gpa they are cheating and i believe is true because i have cheated i think everyone does once in their life and its true what the guy said that high school will cheat so they can pass their  class and get a good grade and they tell them selves cheat first and
