In the video we just watched it talked about setting goals.For example there is 2 type of goals long term and short term. So in long term there is goals like i want to run 12 miles at the end of February. And than there is short terms like i want run everyday at the end of February.So you have to set your goals with more details so you can get to finishing what you want to finish. I think its smart to set goals and describe them so you can push your self.And it also helps remembering because they are long term goals.i really think this helped because when i would right in my journal i would right t hings and not actually done them because they weren't detailed. Now that i started to right detail i actually have been doing my work its like it motivates me because everything is detailed.

But  the people who were in jail choosed the wrong they did something in  life that they will regret because they will stay in jail untill they die for most they won't see the city just a fence. And in the other video it was a guy who gathered alot of people to show kindness around the citie one person sandg to people another two people cleaned snow off peoples drive ways two other people were giving flowers to random custommers. A lady who just gave money to the hospital to pay for the way out and she said just 3 dollars can make someones day.
